Many MBA graduates still look for a job in investment banking. The careers website Vault has published a ranking of the 50 top banks to work for. 3,000 bankers participated in the 2016 Vault Banking Survey and have rated on how they would score their employers in areas like prestige, firm culture, compensation training and work/life balance.
